Church on the Hill
We believe worship at Church on the Hill is truly unique. We prayerfully and methodically work to find the balance between the pursuit of excellence and creating a worship community with the sole focus of leading our congregation in praising Jesus. With over 40 musicians playing in our worship rotation, worship at COTH spans a breath of tone and atmosphere with one ever present purpose: worshiping the Risen King.

Leia's Bio
Leia oversees the COTH Worship Department as a whole for both our Salem and Keizer campuses. She and her husband met while serving on worship teams at COTH in 2010. On any given Sunday you may hear the sound of their two young children trying out the drum kit after service.
Tiffany's Bio
Tiffany has been serving in worship at Church on the Hill for 14 years. Tiffany and her husband Ryan have a tremendous heart for worship - Ryan plays drums! - and seeing our congregation praise Jesus. Tiffany deeply enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
How to Get Involved
Our worship department is humbled and honored to serve and lead our community in worship. We are blessed with a variety of different worship leaders and musicians who serve on rotation at our Salem and Keizer campuses. Our most common area of need is musicians (drummers, bassists, acoustic players, keyboard players, electric guitarists and stringed instruments) as well as sound techs. We are looking for experienced musicians with servants hearts.
